Jesus Baptized Children in the Jordan

The Jordan River is a bigger than life place ... The goal line of the promise land ... The children of Israel crossing over on dry ground. Elijah and Elisha parting the River to walk accross ... Naaman dipping 7 times and being healed of Leprosy by the mighty power of the word of God ... John the Baptist preaching a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. Jesus the spotless lamb of God stepping into the mud of our life and our sin and being baptized by John -- PLUNGED INTO OUR LIFE TO LIVE AND DIE FOR US!

Romans 6:1-4, 23 What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? [2] By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? [3] Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? [4] We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. [23] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Christ has Died! Christ has Risen! Christ will come again!!
We have Died! We have Risent! Let us WALK WITH HIM!!
